 Bolt, air intake pipe to turbocharger

Remove air intake pipe (1)

 To do this remove hose (2) from air intake pipe (1).

 Installation: Check seal of the air intake pipe (1).

 Hose clamp pliers

Depending on findings



Replace seal of the air intake pipe (1).

Install in the reverse order



Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear buttoned-up and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Check leaktightness and function of the high-pressure pump (1) when engine is running

 Visual inspection only.

 Air filter housing, air intake, air intake pipe, hot film mass air flow sensor
