Remove/install

Remove engine cover (2).



Remove cover over the air filter housing.

 Installation: The guide lug must engage in the guide of the air filter housing (6).

Release and disconnect electrical connector (4).

Open clamps (3) and remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter (1) from air filter housing (6).


Horizontally detach engine air intake duct downstream of air filter (1) from air filter housing (6).
Otherwise, the guide pin under the engine air intake duct downstream of the air filter (1) will be damaged.

 Installation: Replace seal on air filter housing (6).

Press quick-release fastener (5) up to end stop (arrow) and remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter (1).

 Installation:
After installing the engine air intake duct downstream of the air filter (1), slide quick-release fastener (5) back to the closed position and check locking by means of the lock position.
If the connection is not completely locked, reposition the engine air intake duct downstream of the air filter (1).

Install in the reverse order.
