4 | Disconnect electrical connection from pressure sensor downstream of air filter (B28/5) or pressure sensor CN downstream of left cylinder bank air filter (B28/4) | When removing the right (2) or left air filter housing (3) | |
5 | Remove screw/bolt (6) and detach clean air line (5) from turbocharger intake flange | | |
Installation: Replace sealing ring (7). Pay attention to correct seat of sealing ring. | |||
Bolt, clean air line to turbocharger | |||
6 | Remove right (2) or left air filter housing (3) upwards from the brackets | Installation: Check bracket of the right (2) or left air filter housing (3) and replace if necessary. | |
Before assembly of the right (2) or left air filter housing (3) wet bracket with silicone or lubricant and ensure correct seating of the air filter housing. | |||
7 | Detach clean air line (5) from right (2) or left (3) air filter housing | When replacing the clean air line (5) or the right (2) or left (3) air filter housing | |
Installation: Replace sealing ring. Pay attention to correct seat of sealing ring. | |||
