| Remove/install | ||
1 | Open engine hood | ||
2 | Remove cylinder head cover trim | ||
3 | Disconnect electrical connection from charge pressure positioner (Y77/1) | ||
4 | Detach vacuum hoses on charge pressure positioner (Y77/1) | Installation: Place vacuum hoses up to the end stop on the charge pressure positioner (Y77/1). | |
5 | Remove screw/bolt on charge pressure positioner (Y77/1) and remove charge pressure positioner (Y77/1) | ||
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
7 | Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary | ||
