1 Fit on cranking device.
2 Crank engine until the specified start of delivery marking on the flywheel is aligned with the edge in the inspection hole.
Cylinder 1 must be positioned at ignition TDC.

3 Insert new seal into the oil passage of the injection pump.

4 Push new seal (1) onto the flange of the injection pump.
5 Fit on drive gear.
Center drive gear in the slots.
Tighten bolts only slightly.

6 Turn camshaft of injection pump until the markings (chisel punches) on injection pump and on drive flange, are aligned.

7 Insert injection pump and fit on gage.

8 Align injection pump and tighten fully in the specified order .
