 Warning	Risk of burn injuries, suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.  	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover.
		Engine 656 in model 253	AP01.10-P-2405-01L
		Engine 654 in model 205, 253	AR01.10-P-2405OLI
		 Installation: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.
2	Remove top front noise insulation.	If installed.
3	Unclip electrical connector (4) at bracket, release and disconnect.
4	Expose electric line (3).
5	Unscrew union nut from temperature sensor upstream of catalytic converter (B19/7).
	Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths		AH00.00-P-0015-01CW
		 Installation: Coat thread of union nut of temperature sensor upstream of catalytic converter (B19/7) with heat-resistant lubricating paste.

6	Remove temperature sensor upstream of catalytic converter (B19/7) from catalytic converter (2).
7	Install in the reverse order.
8	Read out and delete fault memory.

 Warning	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. 9	Perform engine test run and check catalytic converter (2) for leaks.
10	Install upper engine cover.
