Check opening / ejection pressure of the injection nozzle
Press hand pump lever downwards on nozzle test equipment with a switched pressure gauge slowly (one stroke per second) and read off opening pressure when opening (beginning of nozzle ejection).
For an adjusted pressure gauge only raise the pressure slowly and, above all, only drain slowly
The manometer may be damaged otherwise.
If ejection pressure is too high or too low, the injection nozzle must be disassembled, cleaned and correctly adjusted.
At an excessively high pressure the shims should be replaced by thinner ones; at an excessively low pressure the shims should be replaced by thicker ones.
