4	Mark intake valves (14) and exhaust valves (15) and pull out of cylinder head
5	Remove sealing ring (6) in valve guide (7)	 Only for vehicles with code (MS4) BlueTec 4 or with code (MS5) BlueTec 5 up to engine end no. 111124.	AR05.30-W-3510-05G
	Hooked wire for removing sealing ring from valve guide		WF58.50-W-0530-01A
6	Clean valve guides (7) using a cylinder brush (8)		*000589106800
	Checking
7	Check intake valves (14) and exhaust valves (15) for additional applicability	 The valve stems must have no surface damage. The grooves in the cotters must not be worn and the chrome layer on the valve stems must not be damaged. The valve seats must not be scorched. Replace the concerned intake valves (14) and exhaust valves (15) if necessary.
8	Inspect inside diameter of valve guides (7) using drift (9)		*BE05.30-N-1003-02L

		 If it is possible to insert side of drift (9) marked with "+" into valve guide (7): 
		Replace corresponding valve guide (7).	AR05.30-W-3731C
	Install
9	Insert intake valves (14) and exhaust valves (15) into the cylinder head	 Oil valve stems with engine oil. If used intake valves (14) and exhaust valves (15) are reinstalled then note markings on them.
10	Insert valve springs (4) and new valve stem seals (5)	 Install the modified valve stem seals (5) only.	AR05.30-W-3510-02CA
