| Remove valve stem seals (86) with
pliers (1).
|
|
| Use pliers (1) to remove valve stem seal (86).
Otherwise, the valve stem seal (86), the valve stem and the valve will be damaged.

| Check surfaces of valve stems for roughness and ridging.
|
3
| Push protective sleeve (2) onto the valve.
|
4
| Lubricate the new valve stem seals (86) with oil.
|
5
| Press a drift (3) onto the new valve stem-seals (86).
|
6
| Remove the protective sleeve (2).
|
