1 | Remove cylinder head cover | ||
2 | Unscrew bolts (1) from rocker arm bearing bracket (2) | Slacken the bolts evenly. Installation: Tighten bolts (1) alternately so that the rocker arm bearing bracket (2) settles evenly. | |
3 | Take off rocker arm bearing bracket (2) | Installation: Align rocker arm bearing bracket to valves and ensure that the adjusting bolts (3) are located in the recesses of the tappet rods. | |
4 | Take out tappet rods | Installation: Ensure the tappet rods are correctly seated in the tappets. | |
5 | Install in the reverse order | ||
6 | Inspect valve clearance and set, if necessary | ||
