1 | Remove camshafts (2 and 3) | ||
2 | Use a screwdriver to press out end cover (1) | Do not damage mounting holes for the end cover (1) | |
3 | Clean camshafts (2 and 3) | Mounting holes (adhesive points) for the end covers (1) should be free of oil and grease | |
4 | Coat the circumference of new end cover (1) with adhesive | ||
5 | Use a suitable insertion drift to knock in new end cover (1) to insertion depth "b" | ||
6 | Install in the reverse order |
