Screw drifts (3) into threaded holes

Remove remaining screw/bolts (7) at flywheel (5)

Pull out guide bearing (4) using internal extractor (2) and countersupport (1)

 Counter stay

Check

Measure shank length (L) of screw/bolts (7)

Bolt for flywheel

If the permissible shank length (L) is exceeded.



Fit appropriate new screw/bolt (7).



Install

Install guide bearing (4) in flywheel (5)

Wet screw/bolts thread (7) with engine oil and screw in screw/bolts (7)

 Do not tighten screw/bolts (7) yet.

 Socket wrench bit

Remove both drifts (3)

Wet thread of remaining two screw/bolts (7) with engine oil and screw in

Tighten screw/bolts (7) in a diagonal pattern

 Bolt, flywheel to crankshaft

Remove cranking device on timing case

 Bolt, inspection hole cap to timing case

Install clutch
