 	Remove/Install
1.1	Remove poly-V-belt II (1) of AC compressor	Only on model 671.015/020/021/030/042 with AC compressor.	AR13.21-T-1203AA
2	Remove poly-V-belt I (2) of coolant pump and generator		AR13.21-T-1201AA
Danger!	Risk of death. Death may result if vehicle slips or topples from the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of lifting platform and position the four support plates below support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
3	Raise vehicle.		AR00.60-T-1000AA
4	Remove bottom engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-T-1105AA
5	Attach cranking/blocking device for engine	Thecranking/blocking device must be removed before starting the engine, in order to avoid damage.	AR03.30-T-1600-03BB
		 Block cranking/blocking device by inserting the pin.

6	Remove V-belt pulley (3)	For this step unscrew screws of V-belt pulley (3) at belt pulley/vibration damper (4)

7	Remove belt pulley/ vibration damper (4)	 For this step unscrew screws of belt pulley/vibration damper (4) to crankshaft.
		 Installation: Check belt pulley/vibration damper (4) for damage and wear, replace if necessary.

8	Take off spray disk	Installation: installation position must be noted. The bent edge of the spray disk must point to the crankshaft.
9	Install in the reverse order
