Removing

Remove the crankshaft (2)

Heat drive gear (1) with hot air gun and pull off of crankshaft (2) with puller



Install

Heat drive gear (1) to approx. 200 °C in heating oven

 Danger!

Knock drive gear (1) onto crankshaft (2) with punch

 Observe installation position of hub (arrow) on drive gear (1).


