		 Installation: After installation of the crankshaft bearing caps (1) and the crankshaft fitted bearing cap (2), check the crankshaft end play again.

5	Check markings on the crankshaft bearing caps (1) and the crankshaft fitted bearing cap (2); if necessary, mark the installation location.	 The crankshaft bearing caps (1) and crankshaft-fitted bearing cap (2) are marked with key figures (A) and installed in ascending order starting opposite the output side.
6	Loosen the screws (3) in succession from the crankshaft bearing caps (1) and crankshaft fitted bearing cap (2) and reapply by hand immediately.	Loosening procedure	AR03.20-W-4351-10H
		Tightening specification	AR03.20-W-4351-06H
		 Only loosen the screws (3). The crankshaft will otherwise lower too much thus damaging the radial shaft sealing rings and cassette-type sealing ring.
		 To do this follow loosening procedure. The heads of the screws (3) must lie on the crankshaft bearing caps (1) and crankshaft-fitted bearing cap (2).
		 Installation: Observe tightening specification.

7	Install new fitted bearing of the crankshaft on the crankshaft fitted bearing cap (2).	Install new thrust bearing of the fitted bearing cap	AR03.20-W-4341-05H

		 All crankshaft bearing caps (1) must be installed. The crankshaft will otherwise lower too much thus damaging the radial shaft sealing rings and cassette-type sealing ring.

8	Install new main bearings of the crankshaft on the crankshaft bearing caps (1) in succession.		AR03.20-W-4341-04H
		 Always remove a maximum of just one crankshaft bearing cap (1). The crankshaft will otherwise lower too much thus damaging the radial shaft sealing rings and cassette-type sealing ring.
