1 Read off tolerance groups marking on piston crown (arrow) and assign to the cylinder liner markings on the bush edge (arrow).
The piston (1) is marked with a group of letters (BA or BC) and the cylinder liner (2) is marked with one letter (A, B or C).
A piston (1) and a cylinder liner (2) with the following markings are dimensionally matched:
