2 | Set piston ring pliers (2) to diameter of piston | | |
3 | Remove piston rings (3, 4) and oil scraper ring (5) | Remove piston rings in the order of top to bottom. Installation: - When installing the pistons, the piston ring joints must be offset 120°. - Pay attention to installation position of the piston rings. The inscription "top" or the manufacturer's designation must be pointing toward piston crown. - Always replace piston ring (4). | |
