1 Press connecting rod bush (2) evenly out of connecting rod (1).
2 Inspect basic bore for connecting rod bush (2) for damage and dimensional tolerance, install new connecting rod (1) if necessary.
3 Inspect overlap between outer and basic bore of connecting rod bushing.
4 Press new connecting rod bush (2) into connecting rod (1).
5 Machine connecting rod bush inner
6 Machine side of connecting rod bush (2) and match to shape of connecting rod (1).
- Use suitable drift and base.
- The connecting rod bushes are supplied in a parallel shape to facilitate pressing in.
- Do not damage basic bore for connecting rod bush.
- The oil holes in the connecting rod bushing (2) and connecting rod (1) must be aligned.
- The permissible value must be maintained.
