Support the  tapered bushing (1) on the piston (2).

Oil the new sealing ring (3) with engine oil and place it in the  tapered bushing (1).

 Pay attention to the correct ring assembly position in the piston.

 Replace the ring whenever it is removed from the piston.

Insert the  cylindrical bushing (4) over the  tapered bushing (1) and press the sealing ring (3), installing it in its housing in the piston (2).

After installation, check the perfect seat of the sealing ring (3) in its housing in the piston (2).
