1 | Tilt cab | ||
2 | Remove clamp (1) from bracket (2) | ||
3 | Remove bracket (2) | ||
4 | Remove air intake duct (3) | ||
5 | Remove heat shield (4) | ||
6 | Check profiled seal of the cylinder head cover (5) for leakage | If no leakage is determined, the profiled seal of the cylinder head cover (5) can be reused. | |
7 | Remove cylinder head cover (5) | The screw/bolts for the cylinder head cover (5) are secured from falling out. | |

8 | Clean cylinder head cover (5) and rocker arm frame over the whole circumference and on its sealing surfaces | ||
| Install | ||
9 | Install new profiled seal in the cylinder head cover (5) | Only if the profiled seal of the cylinder head cover (5) is leaky. | |
10 | Install cylinder head cover (5) | Bolt tightening procedure for cylinder head cover | |
Pay attention to tightening procedure for screw/bolts. | |||

11 | Install heat shield (4) | ||

14 | Attach clamp (1) to bracket (2) | ||
15 | Carry out an engine test run | ||
16 | Stop engine and check area around the cylinder head cover (5) for leaktightness | Visual inspection. | |
