Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Attach vehicle fastening mechanism

Position vehicle as centrally as possible between the vehicle lift columns

 If necessary seek help for directions from an assistant. Do not lift vehicle yet.

Set front seats in frontmost position

Raise vehicle

 Raise vehicle until the wheels no longer touch the ground.

Route suitable tensioning straps (1) under each seat rail (2) of front seats along and above, back to vehicle lift support arms (3) as shown

 The front doors can now no longer be closed. If necessary, switch off interior illumination. Store remaining tensioning strap (1) accordingly.

Tension tensioning straps (1) with accompanying ratchet (4)


Only tension tensioning straps (1) until a sufficient tension for securing the vehicle is achieved. Do not tension tensioning straps (1) too taut.
Otherwise damage may occur (e.g. at door frame seal, seat rails (2), etc.).


Do not lower vehicle onto its wheels.
Otherwise the catches of the vehicle lift support arms may detach and corresponding damage and malfunctions may occur.



Check vehicle fastening mechanism, retension tensioning straps (1) if necessary

Remove vehicle fastening mechanism in reverse order
