The following tools are required for removal:
New passenger vehicle wiring harness repair kit
Wiring harness repair kit, basic
Blade holder with clamping pliers
MT 3 blade
Loosen secondary release

| Slide retaining slider with a suitable tool in direction of arrow out of end locked position.

|
| Different retaining sliders are installed.
|
Remove female contact (1) from connector

| Insert blade holder with collet and MT 3 blade from the front side through openings at contact cavity of coupling.
|
|
| Insert tool carefully.
Otherwise there might be damage to the bars between the contact cavity and the openings for the tool.
|
|
| This pushes together the springs at the female contact (1).
|

| A slight tug on the corresponding cable will remove the female contact (1) from the coupling.
