
Do not perform these jobs in direct sunlight or when the engine hood is hot.
Otherwise serious paint damage may occur.

Clean paintwork surface with a paint cleaner.

 Shake paint cleaner can vigorously before use.
Apply paint cleaner and polish the paintwork surface vigorously by hand until the desired luster is obtained.

Buff up the paint surface with polish and a polishing wad.

 To make the polishing process easier, change to clean polishing wads or cloths at frequent intervals.

Remove any polish residue.

 Polish residue forms a bright film after drying. Buff this up with a clean polishing wad moistened in water until the paint surface is clear.

Apply gloss preserver to the paint surface.

 The gloss preservation protects the paint against premature matting.
