Check that brake pedal mounts (1) are firmly seated.

Vehicle with Classic operating lever or Compact operating lever.

If the mounts at the brake pedal (1) are not adequately fastened.



Retighten mounts at brake pedal (1).

Check that accelerator pedal mount (2) is firmly seated.

Vehicle with Classic operating lever or Compact operating lever.

If the mounts at the accelerator pedal (2) are not adequately fastened.



Retighten mounts at accelerator pedal (2).

Check that the pedal assembly mounts (1a) are firmly seated.

Vehicle with Multima2 operating lever.

If the mounts at the pedal assembly (1a) are not adequately fastened.



Retighten pedal assembly mounts (1a).

Check control lever mounts (3) are firmly seated.

If the mounts at the control lever (3) are not adequately fastened.



Retighten mounts at control lever (3).

Check play of accelerator pedal linkage (4).

 The maximum play is 2 mm.

If the play of the accelerator pedal linkage (4) is incorrect.



Adjust play in accelerator pedal linkage (4).

Check play of brake linkage (5).

 The maximum play is 2 mm.

If the play of the brake linkage (5) is incorrect.



Adjust play in brake linkage (5).

Lubricate

7

Lubricate movable mounts at accelerator and brake pedal connections.

8

Lubricate movable mount of accelerator pedal linkage at control lever.
