Conduct a road test

 Only when the oil in the rear axle is not at operating temperature. The rear axle oil must be at operating temperature for the oil change.

Clean area around oil filler and oil drain opening

Unscrew oil filler screw (1)

 The vehicle must be horizontal. Collect any oil which runs out.

Unscrew oil drain screw (2)

 Collect oil in a suitable container and allow to run out completely

Screw in oil drain screw (2).

 Use new oil drain screw (2).



Pour in oil



Check oil level, adjust to correct level if necessary.

 The vehicle must be horizontal for checking the oil level.

Screw in oil filler screw (1).

 Use new oil filler screw (1).


