Drive the vehicle to a suitable place to carry out the job

 It needs to be on horizontal and level ground.

 Danger

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Lift the front axle and turn both wheels until the drain holes are pointing down

Lower the front axle and remove the plugs (1) from the wheel hub covers

 Let the oil drain completely catching it in a suitable container.

Refill

Lift the front axle and turn both wheels until the drain holes are pointing up

Fill the wheel hubs with new oil

 Check the oil level through the marking in visor (2) and correct if necessary.

Install the plugs (1) in the drain holes

 At each intervention the plug sealing ring has to be changed.

Lower the front axle
