Lift vehicle, jack up.



Clean area around the filler screw (1) and drain screw (2).

Position suitable receptacle under the drain screw (2).

Draining

Remove filling screw (1) and drain screw (2).

 Clean drain screw magnet (2).

Drain fluid from transmission.

Screw in drain screw (2).

 Replace sealing ring on oil drain screw (2). Apply light coating of oil to thread.

Filling

Fill transmission with oil.

 Observe specified filling quantity. On transmissions with power take-off the specified filling capacity does not reach the bottom edge of the oil filler opening.

 Gear oil

Screw in filling screw (1).

 Apply light coating of oil to thread here.
