Check

Inspect the clearances (A) at the stop plate with metal strips

 If the clearances are unequal, they must be re-set

Slacken the securing nuts (1) and pull stop plate (2) down

Insert metal strips into the gap produced below the engine stop (3) and push the stop plate up fully

4

Tighten securing nuts fully



Remove metal strips
