| Release oil filter cover (1) and drain engine oil.
|
|
| Allow engine oil to drain from filter housing.
|

| Remove oil filter cover (1) with oil filter element (2) and unclip oil filter element (2) by pressing at the side.
|
|
| Ensure that no foreign bodies get into the filter housing. Never wipe out the filter housing.
Damage may occur otherwise.

| Replace sealing ring (3) using assembly tool.
|
4
| Clip new oil filter element (2) into oil filter cover (1).
|
5
| Screw in oil filter cover (1) with oil filter element (2) .
