1 | Remove the threaded cap (1). |
Drain the oil filter housing. |
2 | Remove the threaded cap (1) with the filter element (3) and pull out the filter element (3) by means of side pressure. |
Please check that foreign bodies do not enter the filter housing. Do not use a piece of cloth inside the filter housing. |
Otherwise, damages may happen. |
3 | Replace the sealing ring (2). |
Lightly grease the new O-ring (2). |
4 | Fit in a new filter element (3) in the threaded cap (1). |
5 | Screw the threaded cap (1) with the filter element (3) to the engine. |
