Check V-belt (1, 2) for wear and damage.

If problems exist,



replace the V-belts (1 or 2).



There are no reference documents for removal/installation of the V-belt (2).

Check tension of V-belt (2).

V-belt between fan for charge air cooler and fan for engine cooling

If problems exist,



release bolts (3, 4), tension V-belt (2) then tighten bolts (3, 4) again.

 After obtaining special order.

Check compression spring and clamping device of V-belt (1) for damage.

 The specified tension of the V-belt (1) is ensured by the compression spring on the clamping device, therefore the tension does not need to be checked.

If problems exist,



Replace compression spring or clamping device of V-belt (1).

 After obtaining special order.

Check belt pulleys and tensioner pulleys for damage and bearing play.

If problems exist,



replace corresponding belt pulley or tensioner pulley.

 After obtaining special order.

Close hood.


