The standard display (trip distance/total distance) must appear in the multifunction display (6) as shown in the picture; if necessary, press either the forward or back button (4) repeatedly. |
4 | First press and hold down "Accept call" button (2) and then, within 1 second, also press and hold down OK button (3) for approx. 5 seconds. |
The multifunction display (6) shows the workshop menu with menu items: "vehicle data", "dynamometer test", "brake pad replacement" and "ASSYST PLUS". |
5 | Press either the forward or back button (4) repeatedly until "ASSYST PLUS" is highlighted and confirm with OK button (3). |
6 | Switch on ignition. |
The message "Please apply the brake to start the engine" is displayed in the multifunction display (6). |
7 | Apply the brake and confirm with OK button (3), but do not start the engine. |
Menu items "Service data", "Full service", "Veh. handover" and "Oil measurement" are displayed in the multifunction display (6). |
8 | Press either the forward or back button (4) repeatedly until "Veh. handover" is highlighted and confirm with OK button (3). |
"Vehicle handed over?" is displayed on the multifunction display (6). |
9 | Press either the forward or back button (4) repeatedly until "Yes" is highlighted and confirm with OK button (3). |
10 | Press back button (5) repeatedly until the standard display (trip distance/total distance) appears in the multifunction display (6). |
