1 Mark installation position (1).

a = 33 mm

b = 190 mm

 The installation position (1) is to be used. The multifunction antenna must not be covered by wind guides or other built-on parts.

2 Drill a hole with Ø 20 (+0.5/-0.3) mm at the installation position with a multi-stage drill (max. Ø 20 mm). Simultaneously, suction off the drill shavings through the interior lamp (2) opening.

 The hole has to be made as accurately as possible to prevent water from entering the multifunction antenna.

3 Remove insulating material (3) from the inside of the roof.

4 Deburr drill hole and apply anticorrosion agent.

5 Install multifunction antenna (4) from top into the hole and align it.

6 Put on the nut (5) of the multifunction antenna from below through the interior lamp opening and tighten.

 The clip (arrow) of the nut (5) must engage into the groove on the antenna base.
Route connection lines (7) of the multifunction antenna through the cutout (6).
