1 | Relieve pressure of compressed air system by repeatedly operating brake pedal | ||
2 | Remove compressed-air line (1) | Compressed-air line (1) is no longer used. A residual pressure may be present in the air line (1). | |
3 | Remove threaded fitting (2) | Threaded fitting (2) is no longer used. | |
| Assemble | ||
4 | Fit nut (3.1), thrust ring (3.2) and ORing (3.3) to T-piece (3.4) | ||
5 | Clamp T-piece (3.4) into vise | ||
6 | Fit thrust ring (3.5) and O-ring (3.6) onto threaded fitting (3.7) | ||
7 | Fit threaded fitting (3.7) to T-piece (3.4) | ||
8 | Fit thrust ring (3.8) and O-ring (3.9) to pressure limiting valve (3.10) | ||
9 | Fit pressure limiting valve (3.10) to T-piece (3.4) | ||
| Install | ||
10 | Screw pressure limiting valve unit (3) into compressed air reservoir | The pressure limiting valve (3.10) must face vertically upwards. | |
11 | Tighten nut (3.1) | ||
12 | Install new compressed-air line (4) | ||
