Repairs on components made of fiber composites are not permissible in all areas or efficient enough.
Therefore the following repair zones have been defined and specified.
The removal or separation of the cab underbody from the steel tube support frame is not permitted!
Otherwise, the geometry changes may occur when repairing the cab.
Fastening of cab to steel tube support frame:
The cab underbody is bonded to the steel tube support frame.
Corner points:
Surface repairs are permissible. Repairs which penetrate through the laminate at the corner points are only permissible when the stability and function of the components or the overall compound is not impaired in any way.
All other areas:
Surface repairs and repairs that penetrate through the laminate are permissible.

Metal fittings (2.4) or reinforcements can be partly replaced.

Door fastening points
Restrictions apply for repairs in the area of the door fastening points (5).
The position of the door fastening points (5) must line up exactly in relation to the A-pillar or the B-pillar, to ensure that the door is correctly installed.

Damage which penetrates through the laminate on the rear upper corner points of the cab.
To carry out an inexpensive repair to damage such as this, a special replacement part is required (edge fittings, Eller GmbH Industriestrasse 4 in 76547 Sinzheim, Germany).
