Flat tachograph (FTCO), notes on repair operations

In accordance with § 57b of the Federal Motor Vehicle safety Standards, installation and repair work may only be carried out by an officially recognized manufacturer or by a workshop authorized by it with specially trained experts.

A separate installation and repair module (HHT module FCTO order no. 65115450..) is required for this work.

Only work such as reading out the fault memory and function checks via actual values can be carried out with the commercial vehicle test module used in this literature.
