1 Grind remaining sheet metal (7) down to edge of left door frame paneling (6).
2 Cut sheet metal strips (18) to size with the following dimensions:
b = approx. 790 mm,
c = approx. 20 mm,
d = approx. 1.5 mm.
3 Grind down sheet metal strip (18) on both sides and coat with zinc dust paint.
4 Align character bead (8), grind down and coat with zinc dust paint.
5 Spot weld sheet metal strip (18) on character bead (8) ( , area C).
