1 Install the new brake pad (1) between the outer slot of the housing and the brake disc (2), thus avoiding that the adjusting screw (3) is fully unscrewed.
Do not completely unscrew the adjusting screw (3) from the brake caliper.
2 Unscrew the adjusting screw (3) (30 mm maximum), by means of the hex screw of the adjusting mechanism.
If corrosion or damage is detected when unscrewing the adjusting screw,replace the brake caliper.
