 	Remove/install
1	Raise vehicle and support at vehicle frame
2	Remove wheels from front axle		AR40.10-W-1100A
3	Detach compressed air lines (1) from brake cylinders and compressed air line (11) from differential lock
4	Detach bleed line (5) from differential housing
5	Disconnect plug (10) from differential lock
6	Disconnect plugs (8) from rpm sensors
7	Disconnect plugs (2) from brakepad wear sensors
8	Disconnect plug (13) from temperature sensor
9	Disconnect propeller shaft (12) from front axle		AR41.10-W-0050A
		 Support propeller shaft (12).
10	Detach drag link (3) from steering arm (4)	 The drag link (3) detaches suddenly when it is pushed off.

11	Raise front axle until leaf springs are relieved of load
12	Remove spring U-bolts (6) and spring plates (7)	 Nut to spring shackle of front axle	*BA32.20-N-1001-01B
13	Lower front axle and pull out from under the vehicle	 Installation: Lightly grease the mounting holes for the center bolts in the front axle. When raising the front axle, make sure that the center bolts are inserted into the mounting holes.
		Long-life grease	*BR00.45-Z-1001-06A
14	Install in the reverse order
