1 | Remove retaining ring (105s) and end disk (105) | ||
2 | Remove clutch packs (5) and disk spring (5t) | Check disks for scorch marks and wear. | |
3 | Place assembly device onto disk spring (21t) and tension until retaining ring (21s) is exposed | Assembly device | |
4 | Remove retaining ring (21s) | ||
5 | Remove assembly device | ||
6 | Remove disk spring (21) and piston (21k) from external plate carrier (21a). | Check sealing ring (arrow) and thrust faces for damage and swirl marks. | |

7 | Install piston (21k) into external plate carrier (21a) | ||
8 | Insert spring retainer (21t) | Insert disk spring (21t) in such a way that the curvature of the inner circumference points toward the piston (21k). | |
9 | Place assembly device onto disk spring (21t) and tension until retaining ring (21s) is exposed | Assembly device | |
10 | Install retaining ring (21s) | | |
11 | Remove assembly device | ||
12 | Install disk spring (5t) and clutch pack (5) | Insert disk spring (5t) in such a way that the curvature of the inner circumference points toward the piston (21k). | |
