Remove/Install

Remove charge air manifold/charge air housing (1)

Loosen the charge air pipe (2) on the charge air hose (red)

 Installation: the red charge air hose must not be confused with the black charge air hose.

Perform a visual inspection of the red charge air hose and clamp.

In the event of damage:



replace red charge air hose or clamp.



Remove charge air pipe (2)

Pull out intermediate pieces (3) at charge air pipe (2)

 Installation: Replace sealing rings (3.1).


