2 Corrugated tube

3 Bolt (self-tapping)

4 Cylinder head cover

5 Gasket

6 Plug connections

7 Charge air hose

8 Crankcase ventilation line

Removal, installation

Separate plug connections (6) of needle motion sensor and temperature sensor at intake manifold

Unplug connector at charge air hose (7)

Remove charge air hose (7) at top

Place down in engine compartment

Detach crankcase ventilation line (8) at cylinder head cover (4)

Remove corrugated tube (2)

Unscrew bolts (3) of cylinder head cover

The cylinder head cover is attached with self-tapping bolts.

Lift off cylinder head cover (4) together with gasket (5)

Inspect gasket (5) for damage, replace if necessary.

Clean sealing surfaces.

Installation: Pay attention to correct installation of gasket.

Install in the reverse order
