Please note that the following points must be noted with regard to the thread in the body.

Thread in component parts made of aluminum alloys

Always screw bolts in and out by hand.

Tighten bolt with corresponding tightening torque as per basic data.

Defective thread

For repair requests, create PTSS case with explanatory pictures of the damage.

A defective thread must be checked for reparability before repairing it.

Thread repair

Not every thread can be repaired.

If it is not possible to repair the thread, the next largest component part must be replaced.

A repaired thread must be documented in the VeDoc system.
