1 | Disconnect electrical connector (1) | ||
2 | Detach washer fluid line (3) at headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2) | With code (F46) Headlamp cleaning system | |
Installation: Inspect O-ring, install new ring if necessary. | |||
3 | Pull headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2) out of washer fluid reservoir (2) | With code (F46) Headlamp cleaning system | |
Collect escaping washer fluid. | |||
Installation: Inspect gasket, install new part if necessary. | |||
4 | Remove screws/bolts (4) | ||
5 | Lift washer fluid reservoir (2) until windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) is accessible | ||
6 | Pull windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) out of the washer fluid reservoir (2) and place to one side | Collect escaping washer fluid. | |
