1 | Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from EIS control unit | On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press Keyless Go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off. Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m). | |
2 | Remove paneling (1) in load compartment | ||
3 | Disconnect electric connector (2) | ||
4 | Unscrew nuts (3). | ||
5 | Remove left taillamp (E3) or right taillamp (E4) toward rear | Installation: Ensure that rubber seal is fastened properly. | |
6 | Install in the reverse order |
