Risk of injury caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.

When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts.

Deburr repair panels.

Remove flap (1) from roof stowage box (2)

Remove left roof stowage box reading lamp (Westfalia) (E11/3) and right roof stowage box reading lamp (Westfalia) (E11/4)

Remove left roof stowage box reading lamp switch (Westfalia) (S190/3) and right roof stowage box reading lamp switch (Westfalia) (S190/4)

 Disconnect electrical connectors

 Installation: Ensure that the electrical wiring harness is correctly routed.

Remove screw (3)

Remove screws (4).

Unscrew threaded rod (5)

Remove roof stowage box (2)

 For this purpose disconnect connectors from tweeter in roof stowage box (2)

Install in the reverse order



Check

Perform a function test

 Check tweeter in roof stowage box (2) for proper function
