1 | Detach boot (7) from intermediate bearing (8) | ||
2 | Mark position of PTO profile relative to sliding piece | On the intermediate bearing (8) with light center punch marks. | |
3 | Remove protective shield (4) | ||
4 | Remove bolts (2) and nuts (3) from bearing bracket | | |
5 | Remove power take-off bearing (1) with propeller shaft (6) to the rear | The propeller shaft is pulled out of the sliding piece on the intermediate bearing (8). | |
Installation: Apply coating of long-life grease to PTO shaft profile. | |||
Universal joints may not be installed while twisted during assembly. Pay attention to marking. | |||
