Adjusting throttle control for wide open throttle

D30.10-0006-01

1 Place a 3 mm thick washer (arrow) between accelerator pedal (1) and WOT stop (2) and depress accelerator pedal to "WOT position".

D30.10-0007-01

2 Release clip in mount at accelerator pedal (1) and pull into WOT position (arrow). Lock the moving detent tongues in this position.

 Relay lever of pedal value sensor moves against WOT stop. Do not overtension throttle control.

3 Release accelerator pedal and remove washer.

4 Once again depress accelerator pedal (1) and check WOT position. Play between accelerator pedal and WOT stop (2) 3  1 mm.
Repeat setting if necessary.
