1 Warm up new tapered roller bearing (44) to approx. 125 °C and mount on the front axle output shaft.
Possibly reposition using drift.

2 Clamp front axle output shaft (42) with flange (15) in vise.
3 Mount shift collar (43) and new needle roller bearing (40, 41).
Observe installation position of shift collar: The side with the smaller number of teeth on the inside must point upwards (towards the output gear).
4 Mount output gear (39) and thrust plate (38).

5 Heat up new tapered roller bearing (37) to approx. 125 °C and mount on the front axle output shaft.
Possibly reposition using drift.
6 Tighten collar nut (35), .
