1 | Disconnect ground lead from battery | ||
2 | Remove lock crossmember | ||
3 | Push complete radiator unit (8) forward | ||
4 | Unclip fan shroud (7) at radiator and detach coolant line (9) | ||
5 | Block belt pulley of coolant pump with counterholder (5) | | |
6 | Unscrew central bolt (4) of viscous fan clutch (1) and lift fan wheel (2) together with fan shroud (7) up and out | | |

7 | Take off fan wheel (2) at viscous fan | The installation position relative to the viscous fan clutch (1) is fixed by the rib on the fan wheel (2). | |
